Product description

Painstakingly produced, Pouchong Oolong is a whole-leaf tea that makes a buttery liquor with mellow flavour and delicate aroma. A labour of love, making their distinctive deep green curl consists in sun-drying, indoor withering, pan-firing, rolling, and drying again to reach that distinctive grassy bite.

Light-bodied, herby, and refreshing, Pouchong Oolong is deceptively flavoursome. The grassy bite is strong, but the aftertaste is sweet, balancing and rounding off the flavour. The bouquet is floral, fresh, and mellow, much like that of a green tea. And not unlike green tea, this oolong goes rather well with honey, lemon, and a slice of ginger. Low-caffeine and light, this brew is yours to sip throughout the day. The taste is universally enjoyable, so don’t hesitate to share it with tea aficionados and newbies alike.
