A modern take on the classic Gunpowder Green Tea, Pinhead Gunpowder is rolled to protect its flavour and keep the nutrients in. Also known as Pingshui, this green tea is harvested from April to May to make a brew that’s strong and dark green with a lingering fragrance and a slightly bitter flavour.
